How water is useful for health and its benefits

Benefits of drinking water:


   Water is most essential element in earth.our body will contain 60% of water.Doctors recommend to have a minimum 8 glass of water per day .It help to improve our digestion and flush out the toxins present in our body and helps to reduce our weight. If we doesnot intake more water in summer it leads to dehydration.water is very much essential to maintain our body stability and physical performance of our body.If our body losses 2% of water then it lead to dehydration where as for athletics its nearly 6-8%. Drinking water also help to reduce migrains and headaches to human because of water loss due to excercise.

                                Water helps to reduce constipation.Lesser water intake will lead to low constipation problem which is a risk factor for youngsters and old people,especially who doesnot intake enough water.Intake of 2 Glasses of hot water in the morning helps to eradicate the heart problem.Water also help to reduce the Kidney problem especially to the persons who is having stonies in kidney.Stones in kidney are painful clumps with mineral crysal which are present in urinary system.Intake of more water will flushes out the crystal present in urinary tract while lead dilusion of clumps present in kidney but researches have to conform it whether it eradicates total problem or little.Drinking warm water helps to reduce weight but also increase the digestive system.the custom drinking water present in ayurveda but also in japanese culture.
                             Ayurvveda encourages to drink lukewarm water a glass per day,which helps to preserve the energy through out a day.Water not only have benefits it also have side effects and problems, if we will intake water in wrong time. so let us disscuss .

       We should intake water should  in proper water.Drinking water during a meal severely affects the stomach while leads to indigestion which fluctuates our insulin levels.Most persons will have water during meals.people have no idea wrong it is?.It washed down the food while eating .our stomach will know when to wash down of food by properly utilizing the digestive juices present in food which is a very important element to digest the good.Sipping a little water is okay but having a 2 or 3 glass of water between the meals is worst habit.

What is the right timing to drink a water?


           After waking up having a glass of water helps to activate internal organs and boost it and also helps to release toxins before meal which lead to weight loss.
           Drinking water 30 minutes before meal helps to improve digestion.we should not intake water between meal which wash off digestive juices.Have a water after meal after 30 minutes which helps to absorb food and their utilize the nutrients.
        Drinking water before bedtime helps to replenish the fluid which will be lost during night times.so drink a water in correct time to stay healthy.
